Fenway Health is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center that is situated in lovely Boston, Massachusetts at 1340 Boylston Street. Addiction to drugs, alcohol, or any other substance of abuse, can take a toll on the well-being and livelihood of the addict. It's important that these individuals seek professional treatment, guidance, and care in order to safely and successfully beat the addiction. Whether the patient requires inpatient treatment or outpatient treatment, Fenway Health can provide patients with everything they need to beat addiction.
It's very typical for an addict to believe that they can overcome addiction on their own. Although this idea may seem tangible, going cold turkey is unsafe and more than likely will result in a relapse in the very near future. It's imperative that addicts seek the help of Fenway Health as patients will receive quality addiction care and treatment methods at Fenway Health. If addicts do not seek help for drug and alcohol addiction, their future will be unclear. This is because addiction is a degenerative and progressive disease that requires intense, professional treatment in order to conquer.
Fenway Health can provide patients aged 18+ with unique treatment methods along with compassionate care and guidance. The counselors that work with the patient will be by their side every step of the way, helping to ensure their success in recovery. Every addict is able to overcome their addiction if they want it badly enough, but it does take the professional help of Fenway Health in order to get to the level of sustained sobriety.
Through deciphering the core reasons why the patient uses drugs and alcohol as an escape will help counselors to better create a treatment program that works for them. A tailor-made approach to recovery is what patients will receive when they enter Fenway Health and this is believed to be the best way to treat addiction.
If patients are truly ready to overcome their addiction and begin a new happy and content life than they will succeed in recovery. They must be in that mindset, though, in order to achieve lasting sobriety. Dr. John-Paul Bettencourt is the best doctor and most kind one I have found I a long while. Its nice to talk to a doctor without big ego. LAB AND PHARMACY ON SITE!
Love Fenway Health. The doctors, the pharmacy, staff on the phone as well as at the desk are all very compassionate and caring. We have had great success with this location and with a social worker from other location. We drive up from the Cape because they can accommodate my child and take my insurance. Glad it worked out that way. We gave had 2 totally different doctors. Both great in different ways. Only thing we watch is Red Sox schedule so we don’t plan visits when they are playing. We try to park on the street but if not parking garage right around the corner.
Great healthcare for our community... really helpful for setting up MassHealth for you..
The absolute best healthcare offered to LBGT people in the state of Massachusetts and quite possibly the country.
I like this locale very much! My doctors are the best (imo)... and its a relaxed atmosphere which takes a lot of tension away if it's your first visit. At least for me because my first appointment was also my first time in Boston. Now its my home away from home lol... My only issue is it seems really hard to get case working completed... I'm genuinely afraid of the way my insurance (secondary) treats me. I've been asking for help solving this issue over 3 years now. I still love Fenway though and certainly recommend their complete health services including Primary Care, Endocrinology, Optometry, Dentistry and Behavioral Health. Their scheduling is really relaxed and their willing to try to accommodate to almost any time of your availability within reason (of course)... Everyone is very friendly and I'm like a total outsider (eccentric a bit...) and it's been a completely awesome experience! 😏💖
I really loved Fenway about 4-5 years ago when staff really cared about YOU, the patient. Now it's much more business and factory like. "Address these issues come back later" and "you have another question? Schedule another appointment?" I just feel like I am a number, which is sad because that was never how this place used to operate.
Good facility. Many types of care. Good staff
The place and doctors are is great, the people who answer the is awful, they transfer you when you are not even done explaining, and because they don't heard they usually transfer you to the wrong extension. Update: I changed my review to 5 starts because they contact me to know more about the issue. I appreciate that they care about customer satisfaction.
I've never even imagined being so comfortable in a medical setting before; I am so unimaginably thankful Fenway Health exists. AWESOME dental, vision, and health visits. It's truly the little things that matter, thanks to everyone who keeps it up!!
Their doctors and dentist are awesome at what they do,I haven't had any issues at all their.I recommend checking them out if your looking for a small hospital to go too.Their is no Ambulance area for it though besides the front door area.
They have good doctors here very clean place a lot of information if you need help or advice.
Fantastic. They do so much to try to help you get what you need!
For first time in my life I can honestly say that I love my healthcare provider and really feel heard and supported.
Exceptional staff, very welcoming of diversity, very inclusive and friendly environment. Definitely an LGBTQIA+ safe space. Gender neutral bathrooms are available here!
The best heart experience I have had in years.
The Ansin Building on Boylston is a very modern and stylish building. The staff and environment are both always welcoming and kind.
In the last three+ years of living in Massachusetts, I have never had anything less than amazingly compassionate, excellent healthcare at any Fenway location. Very queer friendly and willing to work with my non-traditional family.
Would recommend it for anyone. They are great and keep getting better.
A very welcoming, inclusive, and professional office. I have received excellent and compassionate care here since 2010, when my previous Dr. retired. Office staff, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and my doc, all on the same page. Recommended without reservation.
Fenway staff is the most happiest people I have ever met they are caring and supportive and always put their patients first
Fenway Health has given me the best treatment than any other provider I've had in the past. They're caring, professional, resourceful, and willing to help. The in-person support they give is a great asset to creating a positive, welcoming, personal, and healthy environment.
I have since deleted my original one-star review. A number of people reached out to me to collect further information and assured me that this is not at all common practice for their organization. I was shocked by the time and effort put into a complaint that could easily be dismissed as an "angry yelper." I thanked everyone involved and see a bunch of great people attempting to fix a mistake that was not their own. This is essential to a great business and reaching out definitely made me feel that the office took this sort of behavior seriously. It's upsetting that one individual can make patients see an organization that's really trying in a negative light. I think it's completely unfair for the organization's reputation to suffer because of this one individual and I know that the problem will now be taken care of. Thank you again to everyone who handled this matter and especially to those in the patient services department.

I can't say enough good things about Fenway Health. Modern facility, patient-centered care, and compassionate and professional staff. I receive primary care here. One challenge is that, while close to the Green Line at Kenmore or Fenway, when you're sick that can be a really long walk! (And now that I no longer live in Boston but drive in for work-- parking is hard to come by/expensive). However, I still consider it worth it to continue getting my care here because of the high quality of care and experience. I love the online portal where you can refill medication/email your provider or team nurse!
